Provider screening

Before a provider is listed, we ask for business identity details, licensing where the trade is regulated in Ontario, proof of liability insurance, and WSIB status where it applies.

We display what we have verified and the date we verified it. If a credential is unverified, the profile says so rather than implying approval.

Screening is not a guarantee of workmanship. Licences, insurance and warranties belong to the provider, and you should confirm them directly before work begins.
