Provider terms

Providers must maintain current licensing where the trade is regulated in Ontario, valid liability insurance, and WSIB coverage where it applies.

Providers are solely responsible for quoting, scheduling, performing and warranting their work, and for permit and code compliance.

Providers must not misrepresent credentials, affiliations or review history, and must respond to routed requests professionally and promptly.

ProsFix may remove a provider at any time for inaccurate credentials, unresolved complaints or breach of these terms.
