When you submit a quote request, we look at your service, your city and your timeline, then route it to independent pros who cover that area and handle that type of work. You hear back directly from the pros — no call centre in the middle.

Before a provider is matched to homeowners we review the basics that matter most in Ontario:
- A real, registered business with a working phone and address
- Trade licences where provincially required (electrical, gas, plumbing in regulated municipalities)
- Commercial general liability insurance
- WSIB clearance for businesses with workers
- A defined service area so you get someone local
Tips for hiring the right pro
Ask for a written quote with scope, materials and timeline. Confirm who pulls permits, ask about warranty on labour, and never pay the full amount up front. A reasonable deposit followed by progress payments protects both sides.
